I Have a "blacklight table" with a whole buch of UV items on it. I also have a hoohah sitting on it so if i drop a highlighter in there it would look amazing. Will smoking out of it be too dangerous?

No way man. Chemicals in the highlighter will seep into the water and hitch a ride on the vapor to your mouth and lungs. You will hate it.
May I offer some suggestions for some cool lighting effects.
Drop in some glow balls. You can get that at online hookah retailers or a pet store in the aquarium section. Make sure the seal is good, don't want to get electrocuted.
Drop in some glow stick. Make sure there are no holes and drop them in. If there is a leak don't use it because it's worse than i highlighter!

After the hookah with the highlighter, if you are still alive, then why not just put some STRAIGHT GASOLINE into it and really have a great time... DUH... of COURSE it's dangerous... if highlighter ink was meant for human consumption it would be sold as a FOOD and not as just an ink.... studies have shown that all those home products that kids are using to Huff or snort or do whatever with to get high can be DEADLY..... why you kids want to play Russian Roulette with your LIVES is beyond ME!!! It's STUPID, childish and you ALL should be ashamed of yoruselves for TRYING to corrupt your already frazzled brains more then they already are...

Yea....uh no.... Putting anything in the water terrible for you. Plus it will suck cleaning it. If you want lights in there, you can buy little lightbulbs that run on batteries specifically for a hookah. You can get a lot of cool stuff like a hose that has moving lights on it and such.

get some of those bright colored neon rocks they sell for aquariums and just put some in the hookah.. that should look pretty sweet and be safe too

I can only imagine what an x-ray of your lungs will look like. It will glow in the dark, lol. I wouldn't do this. It does not sound safe. Maybe there are cool glow in the dark hookas or something you can find.
