there is a new stain remover by that Oxy wash company you see on TV all the time. Its called Oxy clean. I use it on all the baby stains and it is the best one out there. I get it at Walmart.

Also Shout advanced is really good. I spray them both on there and let it soak a while. If the stains are really bad then I also put some liquid detergent on there. They even get out old stains.

It is importand to find a product with enzymes in it, and let it soak a bit. Spray & Wash or Shout worked well for us. I always re-washed it afterward to get the chemicals out.
If it has already been through the dryer it may be much more difficult to remove. An Oxy cleaner might work in that case but it may also remove the dye depending on the clothing maker.

I use spray and wash on the stain itself, then I put Clorox 2 in the water, it usually works, but some stains just do not come out. Good Luck!!

If you washed it in warm or hot water you set the stain. Some people swear by oxi clean but I never have any luck. I use Zout and rub it in really good let it set for five minutes then wash in cold water, repeat of not gone. I also buy the powder form of dish washer soap and let it soak in it for a few mintues too.

I'll just second what others have said. Soak in Biz, following package directions. Apply Zout before washing. Add Biz to the wash load in the recommended amount, along with detergent. Wash in the warmest water the pants can take.

I found spray and wash works the best....Also for diaper blow outs it's going to sound funny but it worked awesome is the same stuff you get at the petstore for pet messes on the carpet! Just rinse out the clothes and then pour on the enzyme wash and throw it in the washer. We had a big jug of it when we where house training our puppy and my neice had a blow out diaper...worked wonders!

Rub a bit of color safe bleach on the stain then leave it for 10mins and wash as usual. I also find baking soda with water works too

I use shout and All baby detergent with stain fighters. It gets the stains out and smells the best of all the baby detergents I've tried.

Dreft makes a spray on stain remover too. I use it all the time and it works great....I have only been able to find it at target though.

Soak them in Biz. You can even soak them overnight if you need to. That usually takes care of most of those baby stains !
