The Saudis give massive amounts of $$$$ to their citizens , instead of taxing , so they must be doing OK .
For a larger country , the Chinese have positive cash flow as opposed to the USA , which has massive debt .

Are you looking for a per person amount or merely a sum of the total taxes taken in by the Government? United States has probably the Highest Federal Tax Total.
