I don't like it too, and I gave up on the idea of learnign to like it. I made a perpetual excuse that it's not that good for my knees anyway. I do other cardio instead. Swim, bike, jump rope.

I really don't think that there is anything you can do to make yourself like to run. I myself don't like it either. I suggest that if you really want to run, to start of really slowly. Don't fo far, and don't push yourself too hard. Gradually run more distances, and work harder. This way you are less likely to screw up your knees like many have done. Stretch before hand so you don't pull any muscles. Also, and I can't stress this enough, wear proper shoes. So many people blow out knees and ect. from wearing ill fitting shoes. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy!

If running is something you like, keep on doing it. but if you want to be a pro dancer (its possible) then quit running. It pounds on your knees and makes your leaps and jumps clumsy and heavy.
I advise swimming, which helps balance out your body.

run at a pace and if you can listen to music that helps and don't look how far you have to go look at the ground
