This guy was verbally and physically harassing me at school and i told him to knock it off but he kept doing it so i turned around and punched him in the face. and he punched me back and we got into a fight he has a black eye and a bloody nose and a bruised jaw. and i got a black eye and bruise on face. i got expelled and got in trouble with the police. my parents don't believe my side of the story i've tried explaining but its not helping. i know it was wrong that i hit him but.. he deserved it. and he's making my life miserable even more bc everyone is making fun of how he got beat up by a girl.

You should probably file charges on him. This stuff goes both ways.
When you are allowed to go back, remind him that you can beat him up.
I would suggest getting yourself enrolled in a martial arts academy to learn more elegant means of self-defense... and how to stay out of trouble. Talk to your parents about this.
