My baby just started doing this:

I lay him down on his back and he just moves his head back and forth realy fas, like saying no really really fast. His eyes will be either opened or closed, but not totally asleep yet. This happens when he is sleepy. He never did this before and I am not too concerned about it, but has your little one done this?

he hates to be swaddles, he is 6 months old and he always likes to be spread out, he stopped like that a long time ago, even if i put a jacket zipped he gets mad, he doesn't like to be confined, but thanks for your input

My baby boy is 2 months old and does the exact same thing. It's pretty funny because we'll be talking to him and ask him a question and he'll start doing that. He also does it when we kiss him, like he's trying to get away from us lol. When he did it while the doctor was trying to check him out he told us that he's just curious about his own movements and that everything was fine. Your little one is probably just curious too. Good luck

Babies like to be swaddled in snuggly, he probably feels like he's going to fall when he's drifting asleep. Wrap him up in a blanket with arms crossed over themselves and feet tucked in. Hold him close and I'm sure he won't feel so spastic =)

Edit to add: WHY do people ask questions when they spend the remaining time telling everyone they're wrong? If you know it all, don't ask.

Hopefully it's nothing, but I would check with the doctor to rule out seizures.

Proofread your question- I'm not even going to even try to finish reading it.

You've been on here long enough to know how to use spell check and proofread.

Hope you figure out whatever is going on...
