If you really want your breasts to grow, the most natural way possible is to have a baby. After you have the baby, they look like melons, and there is no way back.
To make money quick you can try eBay, you can sell anything through eBay, except food, animals, and other things.
And of course working hard (a job) is another good way, but it sounds suspicious that you need a boob job so quickly. Its not like you've been thinking about it for years from the way you asked the question. Are you sure you don't want to make money with them later?
I wouldn't be surprised.

Get a job at a good sit down restaurant where the tips are upper level .
But tit jobs are for bimbos , Do NOT tell anyone what it's for or they will not have a good opinion of you . . . .

You ever seen how those tit job **** look without a bra, like balls or balloons fixed onto the chest. They are gross, and I challenge any man to say he prefers those mishapen things to the shape of real breasts.
