I thought it was. I about broke my husbands thumb holding on to it when we went to the movies to see it. When it came out on dvd, I let my 12 year old watch it and she had to sleep with me that night. Grudge 2 sucks!

I think it depends on the person watching it. I didn't think it was scary at all, but it scared the crap out of my dad & husband. I saw "Hostel" & didn't think it was all that scary, but my husband's co-worker couldn't sleep for a week after watching it. On the other hand, I can't even think about "The Ring" without getting spooked out. It just really depends on what scares YOU!

YES, theres alot of scary moments and images throughout the whole movie and it has alot of, the camera goes from the back of the girls head and spins around to the front and somebody is there, kinda moments in it.

There were some scary moments, but the movie's plot made no sense.

First time I saw it, it was scary but in a fun way. It was startling to see that ghostly face appear out of nowhere.
