I've helped take Harleys out of basements before. Takes a coordinated effort.

Same way you got it in there- with great difficulty and much cursing and smashing of elbows and knees against the walls of the stairs, not to mentioned bruised knuckles because you will be twisting the handlebars.
So, who was the genius who decided to put it in the basement?
If it was you, pretend that you knew what you were thinking at the time, and build a door out of the basement. Cant do that? Ok, then build a temporary ramp up the stairs with planks of wood .( you can remove as you please, or make it so that 2/3 of the stairs will have the ramp. It shouldnt be too hard.
If the Harley is too wide, put the ramp smack in the middle to accomodate the wheels only (18 inches across whould do it.
Make sure the ramps stays in place by securing with cable or rope. Put horizontal 1/2 inch high strips over the top to help it from sliding down. This is a 2 or 3 man job if you have no hoist or pulley to do it safely by yourself.

make sure the stairs will take the weight get 3 or 4 friends nominate who,s in charge,one that has a bit of forsight so u dont damage her .Better again get winch, hand or on the front of a 4x4 and ease it out make sure the beers are ready in the cooler for when the ordeal is over then claps all round on the back and celebrate

use a winch or a come-a-long and a 2x6, you can hook the winch to the frame of ur car, just get ur car as close as possible to the door where the steps lead

nail 1/4 inch plywood to the stairs and ride it like your hill climbing ... dont stop till your upstairs and both wheels on the floor ....... unless you are talking about the Stripper from the Doll House and she has put on more weight ,then just put a plate of powder at the top of the stairs .........

Find someone who has a winch and can pull it VERY slowly up the stairs while you and another hold it steady on a 2x6. Otherwise, you can dismantle it into more manageable pieces.

take a seat, loosen up, roll your self a effective huge spliff, then try it lower back. If it nevertheless would not make song who cares that swishing sound is so techno isn't it. Do you have any cake there?
