Activities for the elder?

My friend and i are organizing a mini (indoor) carnival at the retirement home. Its gonna be christmas themed, but i dont know what kind of activities i can do with them. Most of them are not all that mobile, so it has to be simple fun little games. Have any ideas?

Any thing that causes them to reiminisce. Lots of songs and carols that they can sing along. Pictures sitting on Santa's lap. Throw the box into Santa's pack or the stuffed reindeer into the chinmey. Any craft actiity that they can make and then put in their room. Unscramble the word game with Christmas type words.
