Val, Noble & Stevie. Val Venis had everything, a good look, solid mic-skills, a decent gimmick, and solid wrestling abilities, but he came at the wrong time, as he was around when Rock, Austin, Taker, etc. were at the top of the roster. At another time, he could easily have been a star. Noble is an amazing wrestler, but I'd be lying if I said that he wouldn't go farther than the cruiser division regardless. And Stevie is just awesome.

Stevie Richards. A talented wrestler who's been great entertainment value. Did a fantastic job as the leader of Right To Censor despite it not being the right vehicle for him, and it would be absolute crime to forget his classic role as Big Stevie Cool in the nWo parody The Blue World Order. I'll never forget the vignette when he "Stevie-kicked" Santa Claus for not buying him a bike when he was a kid!

However some people seem him as injury-prone and this could go against him making it to the level of superstardom he deserves. Also while not "past it" yet, the booking priorities will probably go to the established superstars and the younger up-and-comers.

Shelton Benjamin
It's only fair I bash the kid for being too overrated on here.
So now I'll give Him his due props and respect
He's a rock solid technical wrestler and uber athletic. Honestly he is pretty underutilized in the WWE right now.
I think he should go to TNA or ROH or NJPW to jumpstart his career.
His one glaring drawback..poor mic skills.

Hmm....I'd say Shannon Moore, cause He's pretty good and everyone else you said is washed up. Shannon Moore is just underrated and Underused, he has talent though. but, Smack down just isn't using him enough, plus he needs a push.

All of them are underutilized and if it wasn't for the close-mindedness of those in power in WWE, all of these guys would get more of a chance to show their stuff
