Congress passes several hundred acts each term -- you can check the Library of Congress (thomas.loc.gov) for details on years past.

As for repealed -- that's difficult, since many are automatically overridden by later legislation without being directly repealed -- and many bills are one-time effects (such as budget) bills that do not amend statutory code sections.
