my labias the things in my vagina are huge and i want to get them small how do i do that

You need to learn more about your body. Your labia minora are external parts of your "genitals" just inside your labia majoria. Your labia minora surrounds your vagina entrance and your urethra.

Some women who are not happy with the large size of their labia minora have them reduced by surgery Ask your GP or Gynaecologist/Obstetrician for a referral to the relevant surgeon.
