I think you mean 7 AM...

Venus at that time would have been (and at the same time most mornings for a while) very high in the sky...almost 60 degrees up from the horizon. It is very bright and you could hardly miss it.

Venus 3:43 AM 4:27 PM
Mars 10:39 PM 1:07 PM

all times are Cent. Daylight Time, rising time is first, setting is second
