The FBI would like to hear about it. I turned someone into the FBI because they advertised 9 14K gold necklaces on Ebay so I bid on them but I got emailed by two people who gt screwed by the same person. I turned her over the the FBI and they contacted me on it.

You can't sue Ebay but you sure as hell can sue that person.

You can sue the seller, not the ebay. But, unless you are certain the seller has the means to pay the judgement (assuming you win), I wouldn't bother.

It is one thing to sue someone and it is quite another to win.... and yet another to actually collect the judgement.

WELL you have read the rules and other guide lines e-bay has, if you report it in time, they can do something about it in time, but it has to be done asap,, Report It To E-BAY
And by the way E-bay is a *&%$#@ site don't use it anymore . Its gotten way out of control , to many thieves out there!
So Beware using e-bay
Report it asap to e-bay
