buff them out. Use rubbing compound first, then a good quality wax. Use a low speed buffer if you can, if not, use hand power. DO not use an angle grinder, they run to fast for use as a buffer and the heat they generate ruins the finish on your vehicle.

I'd try compound. It worked on my car. It depends on how deep the marks go though. Good luck.
