It is an Acer Aspire M5100. I bought it at Best Buy. The only way that I can get the sounds to work is if I plug in tot he head phone jack. That is in the front and I wasnt to use the speaker jacks in the back of the computer. I have a subwoofer with 2 speakers. The speakers plug in the the subwoofer and the subwofer has a jack that plugs in to the computer. There are like 6 speaker outputs in the back of the compuiter, but none of them work. Please help.

Question, is there a speaker icon down in your right had corner? If not then you lost your software for your speakers and you nead to reinstall it. Just go to your computer manufacuteres website and have a tech help you get the program.
