Don't like to be a killjoy but you have to be pretty dim or know nothing about f1 to see that everything has been put on a plate for him...no-one can deny that ron dennis has favoured him all the way through......I would love to see a brit win the world championship but let it be won by good tactical driving not favours......two rule breaks this week, if that was Alonso he would have been punished........You pull the world champion into your stable then put him on a donkey...and thats what Dennis has done.................sorry guys but look constructively and not with your hearts...

Will he? Probably, especially after qualifying. He only needs to finish 4th, if Alonso doesnt win and Fernando has put himself out of contention (depending on fuel loads) slightly for the race.

It is looking even better for Lewis than it did this time yesterday, i'd rate his chance at 80%, but anything can happen in F1!

Now that England is out of the Euro and they lost the World Cup Rugby, the pressure is 100% on Hamilton to win the championship for England.. Must be kinda scary.

Damn well hope so for he deserves to win the championship.
He has to concentrate and make sure that Alonso finishes behind him. Don't do anything silly Lewis and you will be the champion.

who really cares. all these people watching f1 now because we have a British person doing well are not f1 fans, were any of them watching it last year when there were no British drivers doing well

oh i hope so (err i think??????). being a Brit McLaren fan it would be the ultimate end to the season. it is so hard for me as i have always been an Alonso fan and i was gutted when kimi left McLaren to turn red! it would be a fantastic achievement for one so young. I will be raising a glass to the winner after the podium celebration. 1 glass for kimi, 2 glasses for Fernando and the whole bottle for Lewis.

Depends. But there's a very good chance that he will be. Don't forget that his team mate will be the biggest threat
