Depends what you are doing. If you are going out on a parachute jump with DFA then go for the mini skirt it might help make a soft landing. Then again you might end up stuck to the ground like a toilet plunger.

it depends on what u are wearing it too. regardless of the fact that skirts are normally more dressy than pants, black pants are much more dressy that a denim mini skirt. if you are trying to impress someone you dont know, go with black pants. If you are going to school or just hanging out w/ your friends, go w/ the mini skirt. if you are going on a date- dont go with either. Black pants arent sexy at all and a mini skirt......well............u kno.

Depends on what you're going to. If it's formal, then wear pants. If you're going on a date, then wear the skirt. You might want to be more specific next time.
