What do I suposse to do?? A guy is calling me asking for extra money... I filed a complain w the BBB and the real estate comissioner... Can I file a small claim??? Can I sue the company???

Well thecompany is out of bussines but the Vice President of the company still working as a real estate broker. !!! He call me to ask me for money He said at least give me 300 and I try to rent your house. I haveall the inf. even Real estate licence number

Realtors do NOT charge to advertise your house for sale .
They collect when it is sold .
Why did you pay $$$$$ at all ?
That was crazy and the $$$$ is probably long gone .

This sounds like what we refer to as a "limited service agency" where you pay fees up front to get your home in the MLS whether it sells or not.
You can file a small claim. Don't pay him another dime, block his number from your phone.

You may have a legal case here. I would suggest an attorney.
That is your best route to take with this. Sounds like a scam.
Be careful. Most of all, Contact an Attorney.

You could try to sue, but if the company is no longer in business, I'm afraid you are out of luck.
