I'd ban religion, animal cruelty, child cruelty, and I'd get rid of the third world debt and find a cure for Aids.

If I ruled the world, I would make sure people have got access to a fair level of education, to health and hygiene.
This done, which is already a lot, I will always with a team of "moderators"/counselors, set some rules, the democratic limits to life in all aspects. Spiritually I will make sure people are free, same with art.

First, I would change the education and the diversed governments. Most important, I would change myself :) it's a matter of ruling an individual before i rule the world.

If I rulled the world, the 1st thing I would change would be the person ruling the world..........I'd get someone who would have the ability to get us all to work together for the common good. I don't have the juice to do that.

Firstly I too would ban religion, and then I would ban two people of the same colour having babies, and insist that colours mix, until eventually people would all be the same colour, and racism would be a thing of the past.I would ban countries too, and everyone would be free to live wherever they want in the worldI know I want a lot, but it needs a lot to put the world to rights.

I would change the fact that I ruled the world by abdicating immediately and going and living on an island somewhere.

I would put a protective bubble around the USA like in the Simpsons Movie so those lousy politcal leaders of the U.S. government won't make any foreign politcal affairs any worse. (And yes, I'm very unpatriotic in this sense.)

I would give the UN real powers... and cut the superpowers whose petty squabbling makes minute disputes a pretext for war down to size!

World peace and deport everyone back to their own country, then I would do away with all religions, the monarchy, the minimum wage.

I would ban war. Any country declaring war would be flattened into a parking lot. Meet opposing force with absolute destruction. People can choose peace any day, but they're not doing it, so I'd force it.
