I got drunk and married a hooker who also gave me the crabs. I got lotion for the crabs, but how do I get an annulment if I cannot find her?

Assuming you're is serious (although I doubt it):
Get a blood test, crabs is nothing compared to what you could have...
Go down to City Hall, I'm sure there is a way to get an annulment without her under the circumstances. If they can't help, call a lawyer.

Different States, have different laws.
There are several things you can do.
In my State, you could get your own divorce. Go to the library, or online .. and get divorce Forms. Fill them out, follow the directions, then File them.
Your bride will have to be served. Since you cannot find her, put the notice of intent in the newspaper (in my State this is legal). If your bride does not show up - then she is considered served by the newspaper notice. Then you just follow the directions until your Court date to be divorced.
OR .. you can go to the State where you got your license. On your marriage license, every word MUST be TRUE .. or the license is void. Check this out.
OR .. you can seek an annulment. You can check online for annulments .. or go to an attorney to handle it for you. The same applies here for the newspaper notice of intent for annulment from her (name).

i would get your butt down to the county court house first off!! if you have the certificate of marriage they should be able to annul it if se isn't there. and for goodness sake don't drink anymore. you don't do the typical stuid stuff like act like an as* you to the hard core stuff like marry the first woman who comes along. not the smartest idea. go to the court house. take care

File for an anullment based on a missing spouse/ single signature on the grounds of false pretenses that you werent in your right mind getting married
