I think the more relevant question is who is more comfortable passing it. That would have to be men! They seem to have no shame in just letting it rip!

Depends on the person. I think you would be surprised to know that some women are just as worse or more than men

Men.
My ex used to pass gas while he was sleeping alleging that he didn't know he did it. It was so bad it would wake me up.
