Extremely straight and will not warp.
Screw gun to install. (Sheetrock too)
Lightweight.
Predrilled holes for wiring.
Will not burn.
Do not need power tools to make cuts.
Disadvantages:
Not good for structural support.
More expensive than wood.

They Don't meet Codes for Load Bearing Walls. That means you can only use them for inside supports and not for framing. Positive thing is that termites won't eat them!

The pros- perfectly straight walls, no warping, preholed for wiring and plumbing, The cons- must use drywall screws/no nails, cost more, most are non load bearing.

Quick, easy installation, my only complaint with these is they tend to pull away from fixtures in bathroom and customer thinks the fixture is coming loose.

adv, there cheaper, lighter, easy to work with,
dis avg, bend easily, won't support as much as a wood stud, not solid, will loosen up over a period of time,

hold less side to side than wood
harder to hang pictures etc
