Being forced to watch Bill O'reilly or Fox Noise in general. I can't stand either of them.

There are some truly awful things going on in the world, but what I dont understand is how people can enjoy watching torture - in the form of films such as Saw, Hostel etc.. which are beyond horror films to me - they are about torture! Do people actually enjoy watching people being tortured?!!

Hemorrhoids, also known as piles are swollen veins around the anal opening or the anal canal. They can be painful and linger on for a long time causing distress. Fortunately, there are a number of home remedies that are as effective and provides fast relief https://tr.im/rWMNO
The main symptoms include bleeding during the bowel movement and itching. The first thing that people do to cure hemorrhoids is get an OTC medication, without knowing their possible side effects.

There are far worse tortures than this! Haven't you heard of whats gone on in other countries like Iraq?
My husband is from Iraq and some of the things he has witnessed himself, not just heard about, are beyond belief.
He told me he tried to find his uncle who went missing for a few days (he eventually found him). They went to visit the prison to see if he'd been put there (their prisons are open to people to go and look) and he told me he saw a woman being hung by her breasts. And that is just one torture amongst thousands that has gone on and will go on.
I agree with you that it is beyond belief that such things happen, but they do. The 'human being' is the most vile, horrible, dangerous animal on this planet. We should hang our heads in shame.

The torture of the mind is worse, because physical torture ends.Mental torture continues in the mind.

The most extreme kind of torture I can think of would be having someone tie me down and flick my hemorrhoid non-stop until I exploded.

Hm.Thats kind of a tie-up between lots of things.
Mental, emotional comes to mind.It plays with the mind. And sticks there.Takes years to heal.If it does.
