Not always, they can be cysts or other things. Ive read that cancerous lumps are hard and feel similar to coral.

Not always. Some may be calcium deposits, some may be growths, some may be just glands swelling when you are sick. You should never do a self test when you have your period, either. If you are worried, I would suggest going to the doctor's. They will decide what should be done. If you are still worried after going to the doctors and they dismiss you, get a second opinion. You can have cysts in the breasts and totally cancer free. Best to have it evaluated by a doctor though... and maybe a mammogram

Get it looked at! I had them and mine were just 'tissues' and growing cells apparently..Could be fine but its always worth getting these things checked out ASAP! good luck xx
