Has anyone successfully placed a zipper back on a track after it has jumped? Can it be done with ordinary household tools?

It can be done but may not last. Cut a slit in the bottom of zipper side that the zipper is not on. slide it back inside the zipper part top and work it til it zip,s. sew across the top of the cut back and forth til you from a bump that the zipper will not zip over. I have had it to work and I have had it not to. at worst you may have to have a new zipper put in.

sorry but i couldn't really tell because i couldn't see the zipper or tags or embroiderment very clearly but i know most juicy suits have a J as a zipper and the pants have little pockets on the back.

I don't recommend it. Usually, once it's gone off track, there is something wrong with the zipper teeth and they don't connect properly after that. Have it replaced at a alterationists.
