Glass Monument to Che in Venezuela Shot

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -
A glass monument to revolutionary icon Ernesto "Che" Guevara was shot up and destroyed less than two weeks after it was unveiled by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's government.

I don't like Chavez or Guevara, but I think all it means is that somebody in Venezuela owns a gun.

Great Question! Just wondering what you actually know about Che Guevarra who was supported by the CIA...AND was one of many that fought an evil dictator for the freedoms that Americans want for everyone. And what does this have to do with America being in the economic crises that it is?

That is awesome, I hate it when I see dumb-*** liberals with a Che T-shirt they think he is a hero to the people, what a joke.
I read a quote by Che, he said that if Cuba had control of the nukes during the Cuban Missile Crisis that he would have launched them against the US. This is the liberal mindset commie terrorists are their hero's

I'm not so sure it was a good thing. Che was a rabble rouser, but the monument might encourage peop-le to look up what he did. A bit of research will show him to be the loser he was...

I guess that they should have made it out of bullet-proof glass. And no, libs, President Bush and the CIA had nothing to do with it. That scum Guevara, murdered thousands of innocent people ans their families have long memories. Your folk hero was murdering scum.

It would have been great if Chaves was on the statue when it was shot up, but I think his time is coming.
It looks like he may have a problem on his hands, and he is such a nice guy NOT.

I always thought it was ironic that Che probably did more for capitalism than anything because of all the money entrepreneurs made off of the T-Shirts.
