Well I would say Firefly (a sci-fi show by Joss Whedon, the creator of Buffy The Vampire Slayer).
However, this is a comedy category so I'll have to say Mr Charity, starring Stephen Tompkinson. It was about a sleazy business manager who been appointed to raise money for a charity. There were some fantastic characters (the protagonist himself, the two old ladies in the gift shop and the upper-class patron) but unfortunately there were some weak ones too (his two assistants in the office, who featured heavily in each episode, were a bit 2-dimensional). Still in my opinon the show had a lot of potential, and deserved a second series - as long as there was a little bit of tweaking done.

I LOVED this show! Too bad there's not enough surviving original cast members to have a reunion. (And some of the survivors are SO big, it'd cost a fortune!)

Firefly! I loved that show and was gutted when it finished. The film Serenity was supposed to wind it up but I really do think there were some other issues which needed answering!
