We have rats in our building can we refuse to work by law?

Yep, u have to work... sorry...we had mice in our building a few months ago and we had to catch them ourselves..it was nasty...

There's plenty of rats where I work, most of them in Finance and Personnel.

I work with cockroaches and the bosses don't care. So I suppose yes you do have to work with rats.
By the way I work in the NHS.

those rats are harmless and you can just spray bug poison on them and be back to work at once...

You could always train them to do the work for you.

Then you wouldn't have to.
