Wow, nice choice of names. My fave is Jacob Lewis. Evokes an image of a very smart man. :)

I live Olivia Niamh and Reece Alexander, but I'm not keen on the name Jacob, but I like the name Lewis.

In a word, yes. But I'll comment. ;)
Olivia Niamh
*** Olivia is currently too popular for my taste, but still a classic choice. Niamh, however, is wonderful! It's always been a favorite (though you might want to post a pronunciation for others who aren't familiar ... obviously LOL). And the uncommon middle name provides a nice balance for such a popular first name. That's assuming you're in the states of course. A slightly different story if you're in the UK -- with Olivia number one and Niamh nearly top 50! ;) But I still wouldn't pass on Niamh. Too lovely not to use!
Reece Alexander
*** I adore Reece, but would use the more obviously masculine, traditional Rhys spelling. Besides the whole crossover issue, I simply find Rhys more visually appealing. ;) Alexander is a bit too common for me, personally, but (again), I like the balance here. ;)
Jacob Lewis
*** Like Olivia, Jacob is too popular for me (number one in the US!), though a perfectly fine, classic name. But I do love the less-expected middle name here. Though, as before, that's assuming you live in the states. The entire combo would be top 20 (or very nearly so) in the UK. ;)
I do love the overall style and feel here, however, and popularity aside, all are good, solid names with wonderful histories (and proper spellings LOL). Great choices!

I love Olivia, Reece Alexander and Jacob, Niamh is OK but , no-one ever knows how to pronounce it and it is awful at school when you have a really unusual name (I know from personal experience), I loathe Lewis, horrible name to give to any child!
Edit
Wendy in the UK Niamh is pronounced Nee

Like Niamh on its own, but not with Olivia which would be nice with another name. Love Reece, but spelt Rhys - Thomas Rhys is nice. Jacob Lewis is good.

Jacob is nice. Unfortunately, there are loads of Olivias and Reeces around.
