There are many good things such as spending more time with someone, not having to go to meet them anywhere and having a closer relationship or taking a relationship to the next level. Its nice to have someone around that you enjoy, however, you have to get used to them too. All people have quirks that come out especially when you live with them. In my experience, living with friends, boyfriends or room ates you have to get used to these things. Anything from general hygiene to keeping common areas clean, people being stubborn about their space and privacy. If you can work together with this person to clear things up and have a good level of open communication things can be wonderful. Just remember that if you have a problem with something to bring it up to them right away so it doesn't get worse and worse until you can't handle it anymore, that can wreck the whole situation.

There are to many pro's and con's of having someone move in with you. I recently had someone move in with me and it was good because it helped out in the situation of emergency baby sitter needed and someone to take care of the house when I wanted to leave town. But the con part is the being taken advantage of and feeling like there was never any time of myself aka NO ME TIME. Always having to worry about weather or not I was going to get the rent money and/or food money. Being the one that was always the responsible for getting the food and neccesities for the home. SO i would advise you don't do it. IF it is a Love relationship then fine let it happen but if you are trying to help out a friend dont do it. It never works out you will get screwed in the end

Pro's - someone to talk to and share with, help paying the household bills

Con's - having to share your space with someone else, putting up with their visitors

Gosh, I'm sure there are many pros and cons. Maybe someone else will come up with more...
