=50(5) + 50(3)

=312500000 + 125000

=312, 625, 000

()=power

the sum... so you need to add...
x to the fifth... x^5
x to the third... x^3
and x... x

so these added equals 50... =50

x^5+x^3+x = 50

x^5+x^3+x=50

You can't add because the exponents are not alike.
FYI, if you were to solve:

50^5+50^3+50
312500000+125000+50
=312625050
