Only a precious few have ever seen my real face, not for more than 30 years anyway. I grew a beard way back then and have never shaved it -- not even once! I don't even know what I look like anymore!

yah. it IS my avatar. tho that picture is about 3 years old so i suppose i look a bit different with longer hair and such. but it's still me. and the last thing i'm afraid of is some stalker person tracking me down. who would want to? if they did, i'd offer them a job on my boat just for being the most determined individual i'd ever met!

People are crazy honey. So no. I had a guy on answers harass me via email. He happenend to live in the same city and knew what I did for a living (I mentioned it in an answer). If he knew what I looked like he could've stalked me or something because there's only one place in my city that does what I do. I wouldn't reccomend that anyone does that. What if your boss sees your answers? Or your boyfriend/girlfriend? Not good.

No, I guess not, especially if you are easy prey to stalkers cause you are an on-line novice and you don't know any better than to call attention to yourself with a real picture, (and you might just get yo azz kicked or found if someone is lookin for yo azz....OK, just kiddin'....)
