bought a condemned property, what happens now?

I bought a condemned warehouse, I am unfamiliar with the process, what should I do?

Start with your local development authority. Ask about what procedures you need to go through to tear down the warehouse. I'm sure this will be an arduous process of permits, contractors, inspections, etc., etc..
