We read with horror that 'The crack squad put together by Portuguese TV claim her parents or their pals could easily have carried out the crime.

Using a car, the culprit could have removed her from her holiday apartment, dumped her body into the nearby sea and been back in the resort in under 180 seconds'

More damning evidence against the McCanns and their version of events.

Toi-et-moi - you know I always use the 'Royal We'. Anyway I sang your praises earlier today to Steph J and Tabbyfur, and you never let us (the Royal Us) down as the number one intelligent Pro-McCann, some good posts tonight even if I dont agree with em ;-) (good on ya mate)

Emily - if the waitors said no one left the 'Tapas 9's table then how did they 'frequently' check on the home alone children and how did Jane Tanner see the 'abductor' ?

So has the abductor!
--------------
This construction is based on the 5 minutes intervals of check-ups the McCanns and friends did. So it is obvious there is a window of opportunity for an abductor... few seconds!
------------
The police are punching big holes in the wall...with their heads.

17 pdr,
Are you using the "Royal we"? just checking.

Would this have been in broad daylight? Because the waiters at the restaurant said no one left the table. This was used to question the McCanns claims that theychecked on their children. So it would have had to be done before the police were on the scene and before Kate McCann raised the alarm. Where does it leave the "smell of death" from the car, too, which was only hired 3 weeks after Madeleine's disappearance.
Sorry, this is nonsense.

Precisely. I believe neither story. That is, the waiters or this latest nonsense. People are trying to make the "evidence" fit their theories.

I do not believe Madeleine's body was dumped in the sea. I believe that Gerry is such a 'control freak' that he will want to still retain some form of 'control'. I think there is somewhere that can be visited some time in the future without drawing suspicion to such a visit. Perhaps a church or a place frequently visited say when going for a jog!

Any idea when the McCanns will be pressing any of the libel claims that they threatened last year.Would this be an ideal opportunity if they can prove that Cristovao is lying.

No i don't believe this. How would this explain the body fluids under the boot carpet from a corpse in a hire car, hired 3 weeks or so later, if this is found to be accurate?

The press are saying that it was the abductor who had three minutes to get rid of her body, straight after taking her. But then where is the motive in taking her? Surely if she was abducted it was for a reason other than immediately killing her and dumping the body?

Why are some people so very, very badly obsessed??!!

The Daily Star is nothing more than a comic and anyone who thinks its a serious newspaper really does need their head examined.

Plus, the Portuguese police have really been the keystone cops writ-large thoughout all of this, bungling up most things. That hardly helps either and you get the impression they're clutching at straws to find "something".

It's just all so sad and tragic.

So when did the "bodily fluids" from Madeleine's "corpse" get into the car they didn't hire until 25 days later, then?

It's all hogwash.

Wow, a major crime in just 180 seconds and return to base. I must start reading the Dailystar, it sounds very authoritative.
