I like Dennis Kucinich. His wife is hot.

I believe he is the most honest of all the Democrat candidates.

Having said that, because I am not a Socialist, I will not vote for him.

I doubt it will be him. He's not getting as much attention as he did in 2004. He got more attention in 2004 because of his anti-war stance but now that almost all of the candidates are against the war he is overshadowed. Even in 2004 he was overshadowed by Governor Dean as the leading anti-war candidate.

Still the liberal wing of the Democratic party may rise in Kuchinich's home state. Even though Bush won the Mid West in 2000 and 2004 it was mostly due to social issues, many dislike his economic policies and may favor more economincally liberal Democrats. I would keep my eye on Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown as a future candidate who could win in the Mid West for his economic views.

Democrats used to win elections in Middle America and the South for their economic views but the debate has seemed to switch to social issues, as you can see by the South and Midwest going Republican and the Northeast going Democratic.

The Democrats may want to consider working in the Midwest, where in 2006 they seemed to be making gains, by taking tougher stances on fair trade and pro-labor policies. Still, the reality is that unions are losing power, as you could see by Gephardt losing in Iowa in 2004, and many of these jobs are moving to where labor is cheaper. So it may be harder for Democrats to make their case due to this economic reality. Either way, if they want these votes, which could help them in the 2008 election, they will likely have to be more moderate on social issues.

Why do you insist on showing how stupid you are.

First, if FDR was still in control, all the wing nuts running around bashing their counrty would be rounded up and put in tent camps somewhere in the desert. FDR was about as liberal as the pope is for free love.

Second, Kucinich is just plain dumb and looks like a demented gerbil.

If I didn't think I would waste my vote I might give Dennis a shot. He has a few screwy ideas like a Department of Peace, but he would be much better than what we have today. I'm sure he's serious about ending the war, and he supports working people.
