when you wear a thermal shirt, are you supposed to wear a long sleeve shirt or short? or does it not matter?

Long sleeves if you're wearing it to keep warm. Long or short if you're wearing it just for style.

Whatever you like......if going out, then wear a long or short one, under the long sleeve shirt.
Short sleeved...short thermal.
