As real and upfront as I am, I would be like..."damn u needa brush yo teeth!" seriously. A true friend would tell a friend if something is wrong...especially if their teeth is yellow or if their boogers or hangin out. They'll be okay being embarassed infront of you, and they'll be thankful you saved them for further embarassment from strangers and other people. It's like a heads up kinda deal.

It's really none of your business if your friend has yellow teeth, it could be other things besides their personal hygiene. That's really inconsiderate to your friend's feelings.

No, you remember that he or she is your friend and you like them for who they are, not what they look like. On the other hand, if they ask you about the teeth, then you should be honest.

Is this just a friend or a "friend", significant other who, obviously, has poor hygeine ? If it's a friend NO..that would be rude and would ,not only, embarrass them but hurt their feelings.

Perhaps they DO brush their teeth, and they are still yellow. Please don't be so rude as to mention it!

I would say

"Here's an early Christmas Present"

inside would be a wire brush and some lye soap.

I might suggest some Crest Whitening Rinse. In the kindest manner of course.
