When u walk on squares in Rome or Athens (maybe in other big cities to) I always get irritated by the tons of koolies trying to sell their fake sunglasses and ''Amrani'' jerseys
but how do they get all their stuff
do they steal it?
is there one master-koolie who gives the stuff?

They buy there wares from others, sometimes from the factories but more likely from local 'dealers'.
A bit of the craft stuff is actually made by the person selling, but mostly the aggressive sellers sell things they had to buy themselves.
(And in the case of stolen wares, they buy the wares from a fence, the thieves are not stupid enough to sell on the street, out in the open.)
