how do i get rid of stuff on my computorn make it default.?

how do i make my computor act as if i jusss bought it from a store? i juss bout this one from a friend and hehad alot of garbage programs. i wanna get it bacc to where its brand new. please help.

you can uninstall the program that you dont need by going to controlpanel add remove program and also u can delete the files on my documents.
