can any one give me a list of universties in new york city that has the required pre medical courses for med school so i can get my bachelors degree and apply for med school.

It would be easier to list the colleges in NYC where you can't take pre-med courses. Every college offers those courses -- except for speciality colleges like Art Schools or Fashion Schools.

The best schools for Pre-Med in NYC are Columbia University, NYU and Fordham University.
