Indoor plumbing - toilets were moved into the bathroom a while back when advancements in waste removal allowed people to stop using their outhouses - check with Home Depot or some other large building supply place - they'll be able to show you examples.

When I sit on the toilet, it is because I had to take a poop, number 2, whatever you want to call it, and it smells. That's just how it is.
