I adore Wensleydale and cranberries, the white Stilton with rhubarb and champagne sounds delicious, going to get some of that tomorrow.

I used to work as a chef, to pay my way through Uni, the left over Stilton (not from the plates) was crumbled up and mixed with port and squeezed between two dessert spoons. Never seen it available off the shelf.

The stronger, the better for me. Stilton or any blue cheese. Extra Mature Cheddar, Manchego, anything that makes my tastebuds tingle..ummmmm....yummy cheese.

Havarti cheese :) we used to buy a huge block of it each year around christmastime and give it as presents to people (as well as eat some ourselves!)
