I like to read a little of everything. Mystery, Romance, Adventure, Sci-fi, etc. It's all good. I'm a 19 year old girl.

I'm a 13 year old (am I the youngest here?) girl who absolutely LOVES fantasy, adventure, and sci-fi books. It's so much fun to have debates with all the guys in my language arts classes, since I'm the only girl who loves fantasy on their scale and I'm also the fastest reader. We always talk about the latest fantasy books and argue over the ending of the Inheritance Series...

Still, I also love those of an average teen girl. Those can range from cutesy, preppy type convos in TTYL, to a more serious and thought provoking book like Olive's Ocean, to even a romantic novel like Seventeenth Summer.

I prefer happy endings for non-series books, and a cliffhanger ending (no matter how annoying it is...) for books in a series. For non-series books, even a slight cliffhanger ending is ok, but that gets so annoying. Just not a sad ending. I hate it when cliffhangers end up on the last book of a series though, like the Series of Unfortunate Events! GOD I'M STILL WONDERING WHAT HAPPENED! I still love those books though. As long as it's not a sad or a rushed ending (hate those with a passion), I'm cool.

Still, my favorites are fantasy and anything that is, literally, impossible. I just love them and my half my library is filled with them. From Harry Potter to Eragon to Lord of the Rings. :-)

I'm female and I like poetry mostly, but epics are good too - Ancient Greek and Roman stuff. Not particular about the endings - I haven't cried over a book since I read The Hobbit when I was 9.

Anything that has really great characters and is true to life, something I can connect with or want to connect with. Nicholas Sparks, Ann Bradeshears (not the right spelling but the sisterhood of the traveling pants series) and Mitch Alboom are some of my favorites.

I'm 26 and female.
