generally from 9a -5p, mon -fri. many businesses have different hours, depending on the area they are in and also what type of business. i think you can consider banking hours business hours.

It depends on how busy you are and if you like your job. If you are busy and liking it, the day goes by before you know it. If not, it takes forever for the day to be over....
