I can remember to the very day coming back from my holidays and watching this on TV. I was only ten at the time but understood that we had lost something special, what do you think?

Thank you

Honestly, son... I don´t usually cultuate people coz we are all people and so passive of failing. It may be difficult for all of us who aren´t British to have the exact same vision of her or the scenery as you, but I can relate to the way you see her.
She would be about my age and the way she died so tragically did make me sad... leaving her sons behind and a bunch of people who will hold her in their hearts forever. She represented something special... true or false?... she did anyway. Was she the victim or the villain in her love life?...To me this aspect doesn´t matter now as it didn´t before; she was a woman! And cheated by her royal husband... So she represented the wives oppressed by a society that demanded a false appearance...she didn´t conform to that, so? Well, I´m making it too long... but that song " Candle in the wind"...can speak for me... I will always remember her... tenderly!

Of cousre, it was a terrible shock, to evey one in the world, and I am no different, I can remember getting up at four o'clock in the morning to watch her wedding on tv, it was carried over here in the USA live, and it was so beautiful, she was a queen, I will always miss her....

I feel so sorry for her beautiful boys, they have put up with so much since Diana died, the press hound them and with what happened to Diana you'd think they'd know better, I think Diana will live in a lot of peoples hearts for a long, long time.

Yes, very much.

Even though I do not remember much, she was Our Princess and the world lost someone very special that day. But even though she is in a better place now....we still have an empty space that only our Princess could fill.

I was a really young kid when she died but I heard on the radio Elton John's song and that made me sad for whoever he was singing to. I looked her up years later and her life and I thought she was an amazing person. Her candle burned out long before her legend did.
