It's finding that part of yourself that is connected to the world and universe around you. It's nothing like Christianity (as one poster thought) unless you're talking about the darker aspects of the force. It's about the choices you make and how it affects the world you live in (kinda like chaos theory). Its using the power within you to accomplish the goals of your life (whether "good" or "evil") and how that power affects you and those in your life.
