it has a 270 volvo horse motor and its a 16ft boat and its an inboard/outboard motor.So do they make one and where can i find it.

I think you mean just the Rubber Mount and not the Metal support for the mount to the Floor? You may have to check with a Boat Dealer. This should be fairly common and even a newer year may work. If, you have the old one, another option. Take it out and see if you can replace just the Rubber. Some of this stuff is similar to Rubber Bushing we see on Truck Front ends. For example the Rubber Bushing on the Front Swing Arm? I think that the name. I try to find a picture.

Not a great picture, but, see the Nut, top center area, this usually a large rubber bushing. With thought you may be able to make something "IF" you can not find the original replacement.
