You don't want to park near Fenway, they'll charge you an arm and TWO legs! Your best bet is to park a little further away, and walk or take the T to the park. I know the Prudential garage has game-day parking, I think it was about $15-20 (I don't recall exactly). That was about a 15-minute walk from the park. If you went further, it'd be even cheaper - but then you'd have to fight the crowds on the T.
Enjoy the game! GO RED SOX!!
Edit:
*snort* Did I just get a thumbs-down because I said "Go Red Sox" in a BOSTON forum?
I came here to add, find a place to park early. It's going to be packed tonight, and parking will be impossible to find if you wait until late. I'd go early and just wander around to pass the time if necessary.

Depending on where you live your best bet is to drive to the nearest T station with parking, park there for $4 or $5, and take the T ($2 each way or $1.70 each way w/ a Charlie card) Parking near fenway is EXPENSIVE plus the traffic before and after the game crazy, it'll take you an hour or so just to get out of the fenway area after the game.

Parking around Fenway will be $35-$45 tonight. I was there for game 2 and that was the going price for parking.
I parked over by the Prudential Center, but was there 4 hours before the game and was lucky enough to find broken meter spot on the street (my parking was free).

Follow the advice to take the T. Or get a space along Beacon Street in Brookline near the Boston line after 6PM when you do not have to pay the meters. Fenway Park will only be a 15-20 minute walk.

I'd park further away, maybe at one of the T stops and take the green line in. It's fast and cheaper because some lots will charge you 20 dollars an hour to park!!!! So your best bet is to park at which ever T stop is closer (check mbta.com) and take the green line in, you can take any green line train outbound except for the E Heath line and go to the Fenway stop. Have fun!
